Maleficent
- Maleficent takes the title of the leader of
the villains alliance in
KH1. She's is after total control of darkness and
believes that capturing a seven Princess of Heart will enable her to gain
total control of the darkness. Her plans fail though, as Sora destroys her
at Hollow Bastion. She makes a comeback in KH2, only now she has her own
Heartless Fortress and is looking for a good place to create her
headquarters. She has a disdain for the Nobodies in Organization XIII
because they continuously get in the way of her goal.
Hades
- The God of the Underworld makes his debut in KH1 in the world of
Olympus. He is first
seen trying to trick Cloud into taking out Hercules
for him, this plan fails though. Sora doesn't actually fight Hades in KH1,
but he can if he enters the Hades Cup in the tournament listing. Sora
fight his "pet" Cerberus. Hades is ultimately defeated, but comes back in
KH2 tricking Sora into unlocking the barrier that would release the
Underdrome form its captivity after Zeus locked it away. Sora does
actually fight him in KH2, and he defeats him, but ultimately Hades is
never really defeated until Sora fights him in the tournament. Hades is
extremely sardonic to say the least.
Jafar
- Jafar is first seen with Maleficent, talking about the keyholes and Sora.
Jafar is after the keyhole in Agrabah and Princess Jasmine because she is
one of the seven that are required to open the portal to everlasting
darkness. He is thwarted by Sora and Aladdin and is sealed in a black lamp
as a genie. He comes back in KH2 as Genie Jafar and tries to cause trouble
yet again, though he is defeated...again.
Ursula
- The Sea Witch is after King Triton's throne and has allied with
Maleficent and the others
to do it! Controlling the Heartless of Atlantica,
she faces Sora in her chamber only to be defeated and retreats, where she
becomes her gigantic self tires to stop Sora for good, only to fail a
second time. She comes back in KH2, but because it's a musical this time,
her appearance isn't as exciting.
Oogie Boogie
- The big bag of bugs is working with Maleficent so that he can obtain
great power and take over Jack Skellington's place as the King of
Nightmares. He seems to be a bit of a gambler seeing as when Sora fights
with him, he's on a giant roulette wheel. Oogie's dreams of power are
diminished for Sora finishes him off and all the bugs are let out of the
bag, ending the reign of Oogie. He comes back in KH2 and this time, he's
helping Maleficent by kidnapping Santa! Sora's fight with him is similar
to a giant slot machine type of game. Although having been resurrected by
Maleficent, he is defeated again and this time, hopefully, for good.
Captain Hook
- The Captain who's afraid of the ticking crocodile makes an appearance,
allying
himself with Maleficent and the others. He holds both Wendy and Kairi hostage on his ship, which is why Peter Pan in there, searching for
Wendy. Captain Hook is deft of blade and is a difficult foe for Sora, but
he is defeated and he once again encounters the crocodile that once took
his hand.
Clayton
- The Hunter from Tarzan comes to play, for once again he is after the
gorillas. He is not with the alliance of villains, but the Heartless come
to aid his darkened heart. The final showdown between him and Sora
involves a giant chameleon-like Heartless that can become invisible.
Clayton is defeated because his heart became lost in the darkness.
The Queen of
Hearts - Although she isn't
really a villain, because you don't actually fight her, she still hold
Alice hostage for an "attempted theft of her heart" and claims that she is
right no matter what. Her appearance is more comical rather than serious.
Ansem
- The man behind the reports that Sora collects throughout the game. He is
after Kingdom Hearts which he believes is eternal darkness. He is
incredible powerful and it takes Sora everything he's got to defeat him.
Ansem is defeated KH1, but is revealed to be the Heartless of one of Ansem
the Wises apprentices, Xenanhort. Although Sora is disappointed by the
fact that he didn't defeat the real Ansem, he is reminded that it was
still important to stop him.
